The building is absolutely beautiful. All staff that I had the pleasure of talking with during my tour were so friendly. My tour guide was so welcoming! Listening to her talk to some of the residents was heart-warming. Her positivity about Peregrine was definitely felt and appreciated. Thank you, Peregrine!
Delmar Place
I recently took a tour of Peregrine Senior Living at Delmar Place with the Executive Director and was extremely impressed. I arrived unannounced and they were incredibly accommodating and immediately provided me with one-on-one attention. Their warm personality put me at ease and their enthusiasm about the community was evident. I love how they acknowledged each resident by name as we passed them during the tour. It was clear how much they cared about them as individuals. Many of the residents joked around with the staff. Our guide asked thoughtful questions about my family member, showed me different options that might match her needs, and shared details about the amenities, the activities, the staffing, the meals, and the sense of community. I did not feel pressured to make any decisions but felt a hospitality and sense of welcome that I had not experienced when visiting other facilities. It was clear how much our guide enjoys their job and their extensive knowledge of Delmar Place.

Every person carries a lifetime of memories, passions, and dreams. Those stories deserve to be celebrated.
Through The Peregrine Way, we honor each resident’s individuality by creating meaningful experiences that nurture mind, body, and spirit. Whether it’s rekindling a lifelong hobby, connecting through music, or simply sharing conversation over coffee, every day is a chance to live with joy and purpose.
We don’t just care for residents, we walk alongside them, helping every story continue with dignity, laughter, and love. 💗

Community Relations Directors were incredibly grateful for the chance to visit with Curtis and his team at the The Food Pantries for the Capital District - they took the time to answer our questions, show us their space and teach us about their large-scale operation fighting hunger in the Capital District.
About The Food Pantries: "The Food Pantries is a coalition of 71 food pantries in Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, and Schenectady Counties working together to feed the hungry. Our mission is to address hunger in the capital district through our member food pantries."
Support: The Food Pantries are always taking donations that then get distributed to local pantries, especially items like cleaning supplies, diapers, formula & personal care items.
